Tuesday - TACO TUESDAY; Stop by and have some Tacos; Jodie Kalina making them every next couple of Tuesdays while Betty is enjoying some sunshine.
Wednesday - Whiskey Wednesday - Come by the post and watch some Hockey. SCI Alaska Chapter Board Meeting DS. No Darts Tonight
Thursday - Thirsty Thursday - Stop by and say hello to the patrons of Post 9785
Friday - Flannel Friday throughout the Winter. Stop by if you are in town and say hello to your favorite bartenders. Steak Night from 1800 to 2000 hours, Pre-Order is available, ask the bartender. (McCaulley / Brown Crew). If you have a group coming please contact the Canteen Manager or myself so that we can order enough steaks. VERN KARAOKE will be at the VFW.
Saturday - Stop by for some College Basketball and Professional Hockey
Sunday - SUPERBOWL SUNDAY POTLUCK ; Doors open at 1100 hours; NO BREAKFAST will be served and POTLUCK will start at 1400 with Game starting at 1430.
Super Bowl 2023; Feb 12; 1430 hours. The VFW will be sponsoring a POTLUCK for the game. Doors open at 1100. Also we will not have breakfast that day. The AUXILIARY has 2 quilts to auction off for the Superbowl so come by and get your tickets to win one of these beautiful Quilts
A heads up that the VFW Post 9785 will be hosting the 2023 State Convention. Dates for Convention are 11 -13 May 2023.

If you ordered a VFW Shirt from the VFW they are sitting upstairs on the Commanders Desk. Please stop by and ask the bartender for your shirt. New order shirts will be ready hopefully this weekend.
Friendly reminder that the bartender's responsibility daily is to all patrons have drinks, if you are playing Rippies please be patient, the bartenders are not ignoring you but have to provide drinks to patrons before rippies are counted out.
